Global Intelligent Utility Network Coalition
Essential Energy is Australia’s only representative on the Global Intelligent Utility Network convened by IBM. As our industry navigates its way through the most significant transformation it has faced since its inception, this coalition of twelve innovative utility companies aims to accelerate the use of smart grid technologies. Its members serve nearly 100 million customers worldwide, each bringing a different area of expertise to the table.
Together, the group shares ideas and best practices through meetings and virtual interactions, which inform the direction of smart grids across the globe.
