Collaboration and sharing information at a global level will lead to many local electricity network improvements around the world. As Australia’s only member of the Global Intelligent Utility Network convened by IBM, we have access to 11 like minded businesses committed to transforming energy infrastructure to cater for the needs of the 21st Century. Collectively we serve more than 100 million customers. A recent meeting in New Delhi India focused on distributed generation and grid impacts, Climate Change impacts of the intelligent network and understanding the customer benefits and perspective.
